  • 6:30 AM Position Summary We are seeking Manufacturing Operators / Production Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Oro Valley, AZ.
This is a 3rd-shift overnight position supporting the production of reagent products used in diagnostic applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, packaging, or kitting, preferably in an overnight or 3rd-shift environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a production setting, following detailed instructions and specifications, performing quality checks, and safely operating production tools and equipment. Key Responsibilities Assemble products according to established specifications and manufacturing procedures. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. Maintain production efficiency and meet established production requirements. Operate manufacturing tools, equipment, and machinery safely. Follow standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and quality guidelines. Identify and report production, quality, equipment, or process issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production work area. Complete assigned production activities accurately and efficiently. Work effectively as part of a manufacturing and production team. Potential Production Areas Selected candidates may be assigned to one of the following areas: Large Bottles Formulation and filling of multi-liter reagent products. Follow established procedures for production and filling activities. Dispenser Build Manually assemble reagent dispensers used in diagnostic assays. Operate automated dispenser assembly equipment. Perform quality checks during the assembly process. Kit Pack Label finished reagent kits. Assemble and package reagent kits according to specifications. Verify product and packaging information for accuracy. Basic Qualifications 0-5 years of relevant manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or related experience. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to safely operate production tools and equipment. Ability to work the assigned overnight/3rd shift schedule. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operator, Production Operator, Production Associate, Assembler, or Packaging Operator . Previous 3rd-shift or overnight manufacturing experience . Experience with manual assembly or production equipment. Experience with labeling, kitting, packaging, or filling operations. Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, or other regulated manufacturing environments. Familiarity with manufacturing software, equipment, or production documentation. #
