We are looking for dependable individuals with solid manufacturing experience, strong job tenure, and the ability to work with precision measuring tools in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in metal manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, or similar production environments who are looking for a long-term career opportunity. Responsibilities Operate manual metalworking and production machines safely and efficiently Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and manufacturing specifications Perform quality inspections throughout the production process Use calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring instruments Verify product dimensions and maintain quality standards Load and unload materials into machines Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues Complete production documentation accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Qualifications Previous experience in metal manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, or a related production environment Experience operating manual manufacturing equipment preferred Strong understanding of measuring tools and quality inspection processes Ability to accurately read calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices Comfortable working with measurements, tolerances, and production specifications Stable work history with good job tenure Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality What We're Looking For Dependable employees seeking a long-term opportunity Individuals who take pride in producing quality work Team players with a strong work ethic Manufacturing professionals who can work independently and maintain productivity goals Pay is $22
