Shift:

Day shift, full time Hourly pay range: $17-18/hour Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required. This Entry-Level Straighter role is the perfect launchpad for a long-term career in manufacturing. We provide paid training, making this an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual with a natural mechanical aptitude and a "how-it-works" mindset to get their foot in the door. This position serves as a starting point within our facility, designed for someone with a strong desire to master the fundamentals and advance into other roles across the shop floor. Candidate will learn how to use tools and gages to straighten machined parts and bar stock Responsible for reading work instructions and performing tasks accordingly Responsible for documenting results, written and digitally

Requirements:

Desire to learn a new skill in manufacturing Ability to clearly communicate with supervisors, verbally and written Attention to detail Able to read basic blue prints Minimum High School Diploma or trade school Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to sit or stand up to 10 hours per day Team oriented company with top paying wages and benefits in the valley in regards to the Aerospace Industry. To qualify for consideration, all candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week in a fast paced, high-demand, quality environment. All candidates must also have sufficient verbal and written communication skills as well as good problem solving skills.
