We're looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and monitor thermoforming and related manufacturing equipment. Load and unload materials, tooling, molds, and finished parts as required. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and part specifications. Inspect parts during production to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements. Identify defects or production issues and communicate them to the appropriate team member. Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment as required. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Meet established quality and production standards. What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to identify and report machine, material, or product issues. Comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring equipment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
