Summary:

Assure the proper and efficient storage, receiving, issuance and recording of tools, fixtures, and equipment requisite to and associated with the necessary production and operations.

Responsibilities:

Directly responsible for the timely delivering of tools, fixtures, shop aids, etc., requested by production departments in a manner which will facilitate maintaining production schedules. Maintains tool control records to assure the proper location and disposition of tools. Maintains tools in a manner that preserves their utility in the manner prescribed by existing procedures. Process requests as required from supervisor of tool storage for inventories, surveys, scrap orders and any reports deemed to properly record conditions and/or disposition of tools. Other duties with the work assigned.

Qualifications:

Forklift experience a must. Must be able to obtain and maintain a forklift license, with a clean driving record. Computer Experience - Ability to perform data entry and retrieve data from computer tooling control system. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

From $24.00 per hour
