Position Summary We are looking for an Experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to help with our in-house embroidery production. You must already be comfortable operating multi-needle machines, troubleshooting tensions, loading designs, hooping accurately, and maintaining consistent stitch quality. If you care about craftsmanship and efficiency, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities Operate multi-needle embroidery machines with speed and precision Hoop apparel, hats, and accessories with accurate placement Thread machines, change needles, adjust tensions, and run test stitches Load designs and manage job queues using embroidery software Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines Inspect finished items for quality, consistency, and defects Assist with production workflow, batching orders, and organizing blanks Communicate timing and issues to the production manager Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Occasionally assist with trimming, packing, and shipping during peak times Requirements Minimum 1 year of real embroidery machine experience required (multi-needle, commercial machines preferred—e.g., Brother PR series, Ricoma, Tajima, Barudan) Strong understanding of hooping, stabilizers, materials, and stitching behavior Ability to run multiple machines and meet daily deadlines High attention to detail Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-moving environment Comfortable standing for long periods Looking forward to hearing from you!
