- Job Summary
- The Technical Operator supports filling and packaging operations by filling, capping, labeling, and assembling products while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Operate filling and packaging equipment to fill, cap, label, and assemble products.
+ Follow SOPs, batch records, and manufacturing procedures accurately. + Maintain product quality, inventory records, and production documentation. + Work in standard and clean room environments while adhering to PPE requirements. + Identify and report equipment or process issues. + Support daily production goals through effective teamwork and communication. + Follow all safety regulations and handle materials according to established procedures.
- Qualifications
- + High school diploma or equivalent required; Biology degree is a plus.
+ 0 to 3 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred. + Ability to read and follow technical documents and work instructions. + Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). + Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills. + Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to lift 30 to 45 lbs consistently and work flexible hours/overtime as needed.
- Preferred
- + Machine operation experience. + Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or other fast-paced environments. + Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and inventory systems.

5:00 AM to 1:30 PM + Manufacturing facility with standard production and clean room environments.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.
00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
