Full-Time, On-Site Position Overview We are seeking Composite Technicians to support a high-rate aerospace manufacturing program. Aerospace or composite experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, fiberglass, laminating, molding, or other precision manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Prepare and handle composite prepreg materials. Perform composite layup following defined ply sequences and orientations. Perform debulk operations during the layup process. Vacuum bag composite tooling and prepare parts for curing. Assist with tool preparation, material handling, and part removal. Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures. Maintain accurate material identification and traceability throughout production. Complete required production and quality documentation. Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment as required. Qualifications Composite or aerospace manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Ability to read and follow written work instructions. Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Work Environment Fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. Hands-on production work. Requires attention to detail and consistent quality. Must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods. Team-oriented environment with opportunities to develop aerospace manufacturing skills.
