Job Summary We are currently hiring a Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team producing plastic pallets. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and operating machinery. The work environment can become extremely hot , so candidates must be comfortable working in high-temperature conditions. Shift:

6:00 AM-4:30 PM After training, employees will transfer to 2nd

Shift Pay Rate:

$19.00/hour Duties Operate manufacturing machinery used to produce plastic pallets Monitor machines during production and report any issues Load and unload materials as needed Inspect products for quality and defects Follow production and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs. as needed Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads Assist with other general manufacturing duties as assigned Requirements Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred Must be bilingual Must be comfortable working in extreme heat Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. when needed Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Must be willing to train on 1st Shift and transfer to 2nd Shift Must be flexible and dependable Steel-toe shoes required Must be able to pass E-Verify Must follow all company safety policies and procedures #SAN123

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
