Gummy Co-Packing Pay:

We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Gummy Packaging & Production Operators . This is a hands-on position focused on packaging gummy products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience in co-packing, food manufacturing, or production operations, we'd love to hear from you. No direct gummy packaging experience? No problem. We're willing to train motivated individuals who bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail. You'll work in a clean, organized, air-conditioned production facility alongside a team that values quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
What You'll Be Doing Gummy Packaging:
Count, weigh, and package gummies according to production specifications.
Bag Filling & Sealing:
Fill, heat-seal, and prepare gummy packaging accurately and efficiently.
Display & Case Packing:
Assemble display boxes, pack finished products into master cases, and prepare orders for distribution.
Equipment Operation:
Set up, operate, monitor, and clean packaging and sealing equipment.
Quality Control:
Inspect gummies, packaging, seals, and labels to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Production Efficiency:
Meet daily packaging goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
Inventory & Tracking:
Assist with material counts, batch tracking, and production documentation.
Sanitation & Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment while following company procedures and applicable regulations. What We're Looking For Previous co-packing, food packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with gummy packaging, heat sealers, or automated packaging equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow production schedules. Willingness to learn new equipment and packaging processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must meet applicable legal employment requirements for working in a licensed cannabis manufacturing facility.
