5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Position Summary The Heat Treat Helper assists with heat treatment processes for titanium, nickel-based alloys, stainless steel, and alloy steels. This role supports furnace operations, material handling, inspections, and general production activities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Load and unload furnaces Move parts on and off pallets Read and follow shop orders, specifications, and work instructions Place workpieces into heating furnaces for specified cycles Assist with hardness inspections and

conversion tables Prepare load couples Grind parts as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 6 to 12 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related experience preferred Ability to read and follow written instructions Basic math skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, dust, and moving equipment Additional Information Temp-to-Hire Opportunity PPE provided by employer Physical exam required (provided by employer) Drug screen required Onsite, in-person interview Hiring manager is interviewing immediately Apply Today Ready to start your next career move?
