Requirements:
1. Able to perform basic warehouse maintenance work; 2. Must have experience operating an aerial lift / scissor lift and be comfortable working with height; 3. Able to assist with light fixture / light strip repair and replacement. Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Scissor Lift Operator, where your expertise in heavy equipment operation will keep our distribution center running smoothly and safely. In this vital role, you will operate scissor lifts to facilitate efficient materials handling, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Your attention to safety and precision will ensure seamless warehouse operations, supporting our commitment to delivering excellence. Duties Safely operate scissor lifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse Assist with order picking and inventory management using RF scanners and other warehouse technology Load and unload shipments using appropriate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and forklifts Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and stacking items at various heights with precision Follow safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments Maintain accurate records of materials moved, equipment used, and safety inspections Experience Proven experience operating scissor lifts in a warehouse or distribution setting Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking, shipping & receiving, and inventory control Hands-on experience with heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to material handling and heavy equipment operation Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols, manual handling techniques, and OSHA regulations Prior warehouse supervisor or team lead experience is a plus but not required Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation accuracy Join us to be part of a fast-paced environment where your skills in heavy equipment operation drive efficiency!
