rework for production and RMA units Set up and operate BGA rework equipment; provide operational support as needed Complete post-rework inspection using microscope/X-ray and other tools Record rework/process data in MES Request/order replacement components via approved MT forms Follow all safety, ESD, and quality procedures Requirements 3+ years hands-on

BGA/PCBA

rework experience Experience with rework/inspection equipment (e.g., SRT, AirVac) Working knowledge of solder paste and flux chemicals Familiarity with ESD practices and
