We are looking for Manufacturing Operators to assemble data servers and electronic equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with at least 6 months of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience . Responsibilities Assemble servers, computer hardware, and electronic components. Follow work instructions and production procedures. Use hand tools and power screwdrivers to complete assemblies. Route cables, install components, and perform basic wiring tasks. Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Scan labels and document production information. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Support team production goals and communicate effectively with coworkers. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience . Comfortable using hand and power tools. Able to follow written instructions and procedures. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with computers, server assembly, electronics, cabling, or wiring is a plus but not required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
