Candidates Welcome Job Overview We are looking for motivated Data Center Technicians to support day-to-day operations in a data center environment across locations in California and Texas . This opportunity is suitable for both fresh graduates and experienced candidates . Candidates do not need extensive data center experience . Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided on data center procedures, hardware, troubleshooting, safety, and operational processes. Responsibilities Assist with installation, removal, and replacement of servers and IT equipment. Perform basic rack-and-stack activities, including mounting servers and networking equipment. Connect and organize power and network cables according to established procedures. Assist with basic hardware troubleshooting and component replacement. Perform equipment checks and document work completed. Support server deployments, equipment moves, and data center maintenance activities. Follow MOP/SOP procedures and established safety requirements. Assist with inventory, asset tagging, and equipment tracking. Use ticketing systems to update work status and document activities. Work with senior technicians and engineers to resolve hardware and connectivity issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe data center environment. Follow company security, safety, and operational procedures. Training Provided Candidates will receive training and hands-on guidance in: Data center operations Server and networking hardware Rack & Stack Cable management Hardware installation and replacement Basic troubleshooting Linux fundamentals Ticketing systems Data center safety procedures MOP/SOP documentation Equipment inventory and asset management Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field . Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of computers, servers, networking, or IT concepts. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a hands-on technical environment. Willingness to learn and work with data center equipment. Ability to follow documented procedures and safety requirements. Ability to work independently as well as with a technical team. Preferred Skills Experience with any of the following is a plus but not required : Servers and networking equipment Cisco / Dell / HPE / Lenovo / Supermicro hardware Linux / Windows Server TCP/IP and basic networking Rack & Stack Cable management Remote Hands / Smart Hands ServiceNow, Jira, or other ticketing systems Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) Who Can Apply?
