Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Filler Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating liquid filling machinery within a regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment, ensuring precise filling processes, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, experience with GMP and FDA regulations, and a commitment to manufacturing excellence. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting. Responsibilities Operate liquid filling machines accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper calibration and setup for each production run Monitor machine performance throughout the shift, troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing basic repairs as needed Conduct quality control checks on filled products to verify correct fill levels, labeling accuracy, and overall product integrity Follow manufacturing batch records and production documentation precisely to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Handle materials using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining proper sanitation and safety procedures Assist with sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas in accordance with GMP and cleanroom standards Support packaging operations by assembling, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment Document production activities accurately in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies Participate in training on
