PM Training:

Initial training will be on the 5:00 AM-1:30 PM shift. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Saw Operator / Machine Operator to join a growing metal manufacturing and distribution team. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity , with the potential to become a permanent employee based on performance, attendance, and business needs. The ideal candidate has experience operating industrial saws and working with aluminum or other metals. Must have hands-on experience using calipers to measure and verify dimensions. Responsibilities Operate industrial saws to cut aluminum and other metal materials to specified dimensions. Read work orders, blueprints, and job specifications. Measure and verify materials using calipers and other measuring tools . Set up and adjust machines and change blades as needed. Safely handle materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Inspect finished cuts for accuracy and quality. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Qualifications Previous saw operator, machine operator, machining, or metal fabrication experience. Caliper experience is required. Ability to read measurements and work orders. Experience working with aluminum or other metals preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift. Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
