$19.25 per hour (Base Pay $17.75, with an additional $1.50/hour for the 3rd shift differential, which is an added premium for working overnight hours). Position Summary The Roto Assembler I is responsible for operating assigned assembly stations in the Roto department, with ownership over safety, quality, and productivity at the work area. This role performs basic and intermediate assembly processes, packaging, and labeling of finished goods, similar to typical manufacturing assembly roles where workers assemble parts, package products, and prepare them for shipment.
