This position is responsible for producing high-quality medical devices in a controlled cleanroom manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with manufacturing, assembly, medical device production, cleanroom operations, small-component assembly, or precision hand work. Candidates with strong attention to detail who are comfortable performing repetitive assembly and following detailed written procedures are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical device components and assemblies. Work with small components and parts using precision hand movements. Perform manufacturing operations under close supervision and according to standardized procedures. Use hand tools and manufacturing equipment as required. Perform precision assembly and inspection tasks, including work under a microscope. Follow written procedures and verbal instructions accurately. Maintain product quality and compliance throughout the manufacturing process. Complete accurate written and electronic production documentation. Ensure parts and materials remain properly traceable. Identify and communicate problems, questions, and potential quality issues. Follow all site safety procedures and manufacturing requirements. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with team members. Perform repetitive tasks including grabbing, pinching, pulling, and twisting. Stand and/or sit for extended periods during production activities. Ability to follow verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail. Ability to perform repetitive manufacturing tasks. Ability to handle and maneuver small components. Good communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate documentation. Ability to follow safety and quality procedures. Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.

Employees must follow strict gowning, cleanliness, safety, and personal-item requirements. Candidates must be prepared to comply with cleanroom requirements, including restrictions on clothing, jewelry, makeup, artificial nails, fragrances, and other items that could introduce contamination or interfere with production. Schedule Monday-Friday 3:00 PM-11:30 PM Candidates must be able to consistently work the full 2nd-shift schedule.
