This role requires strong knowledge of mixing equipment, including proper operation, cleaning, start‑up, and shutdown. The Mixer ensures each batch meets product specifications and maintains detailed documentation to support quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:45pm

  • 6:00am Key Responsibilities Production & Mixing Prepare materials and ingredients for batching.

Follow all formulations precisely for each batch. Mix ingredients to produce dough according to specifications. Verify dough temperature and ensure product meets standards for color, appearance, diameter, and weight. Properly identify ingredients, including weights and lot numbers. Avoid using damaged, expired, or defective raw materials. Equipment Operation & Maintenance Start up and shut down mixing machinery safely. Clean all equipment and maintain line cleanliness. Use lockout/tagout procedures when required. Report machinery issues or product discrepancies to the Lead or Supervisor. Documentation & Reporting Complete mixing logs and daily production reports accurately. Document all relevant batch information. Order materials from the warehouse as needed. Safety & Compliance Follow all OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, SQF, and plant regulations. Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures. Assist operators during breaks or lunch as needed. Other Duties Perform additional tasks as assigned to support department and business needs.
