PrideStaff is looking for an experienced Plastic Pipe Extrusion Supervisor/Lead in Modesto, CA! Responsibilities Include the

Following:

Run the extrusion floor for your shift. Direct 3-8 operators, manage the run schedule to hit output and scrap targets, lead difficult setups and changeovers, and troubleshoot process problems before they cost us product. Approve first articles, enforce quality and safety procedures, train new operators, and hand off cleanly between shifts. Perform other duties as needed Qualifications Include the

Following:

4+ years in plastic extrusion with 1-2 years leading others; PVC pipe experience strongly preferred Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ pounds Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (May vary) Pay range varies

DOE:
