Mon-Fri 11 :00 PM- 7 :30 AM A local company in La Verne, CA is searching for a Lead Machine Operator who will help with various projects around the warehouse. You will spend most days in a climate-controlled warehouse area.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and set up production machines. Assign daily work and help operators with production needs. Monitor production, quality, and machine performance. Assist with machine adjustments, setups, and basic troubleshooting. Inspect parts to make sure they meet specifications. Train and assist machine operators as needed. Report equipment, material, or quality issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

Previous machine operating experience required. Lead or supervisory experience preferred. Ability to read work instructions and basic drawings. Basic knowledge of measuring tools and quality requirements. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
