Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Machine Operator for an injection molding company to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating manufacturing machinery efficiently while adhering to all safety standards. This role is vital in ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining high-quality output. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery involved in the manufacturing process to ensure optimal performance. Follow established safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and address any issues promptly. Assist in setting up machines for different production runs as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Record production data accurately and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting preferred. Strong understanding of safety procedures and standards related to machine operation. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, or instructions. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality. Physical stamina and dexterity required for operating machinery and handling materials. - Friday 11pm
- 7:30am $18.15 Monday
- Friday Must be able to pass E-Verification and a drug test.
