Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shop Hand to support daily operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is essential for maintaining smooth workflow on the factory floor, assisting with assembly, material handling, and equipment setup. The ideal candidate will have some factory or warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with hand and power tools. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment. We are a growing company and there will be opportunities to earn more as you learn more. We are looking for someone that would want to be in this line of work long term and you will be compensated accordingly. Duties Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring parts and materials are correctly prepared and supplied to production stations Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished products Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, maintenance, and minor repairs as needed Support the setup and breakdown of manufacturing equipment and workstations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies and recording materials used Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or factory settings preferred Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred) and use hand tools and power tools effectively Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing operations This position is integral to our production team, offering valuable experience in manufacturing processes while supporting operational excellence.

From $17.00 per hour
