MIXER/LOADER-CROP DUSTING OPERATION BLAIR AIR SERVICE

Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Mixer Loaders to join our Crop dusting operation team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading/ mixing aircrafts with chemical/fertilizer in a efficient manner. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, safety, and ppe requirements, and customer satisfaction are top priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong capabilities in the following qualities- self motivated, able to communicate and follow orders, report back to management, safety is top priority since you will be working around airplanes. Responsibilities Operate mixer loading equipment safely and accurately, ensuring proper chemical/fertilizer measurements and placement Prepare materials for mixing by following specified mix sheet and procedures Maintain cleanliness of work area, adhering to cleaning/rinsing proceedures and PPE requirements at all times. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting when necessary Use forklift or other material handling equipment to transport materials to different loading facilities as needed Follow PPE safety protocols during handling, mixing/loading, and storage of materials and products Assist in maintaining accurate records of production activities, including material counts and loads Skills Ability to perform basic math calculations for material measurements and mis sheet adjustments Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts preferred Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control in food production processes Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Join our team to be part of a vibrant environment where your skills contribute directly to the agricultural enviroment.
