Full Job Description Duties:

Responsibilities will cover all areas of production and packaging, with an emphasis on liquid work, as well as general labor in the facility. As a direct report to the Production Director, the Assistant Spiritsmaker will assist or perform, as assigned, in the areas of infusion, fermentation, distillation, re-distillation, bottling, R D, quality control, lab, inventory management, maintenance and compliance. Additional duties will be assigned to accommodate changing business objectives.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Specific abilities in this job include close distance, color and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a damp environment with hot liquids, airborne particles, chemicals and moving machinery. Days & Hours 4 x 10: Mon -Thurs or Tue-Fri 7:00AM to 5:30PM. May change according to business objectives and mandatory overtime may be required. Pay & Benefits Pay is $23 - $28 per hour DOE. Benefits include paid time off, subsidized health insurance and life insurance. This position is designed as a non-exempt position requiring an individual spends more than 50% of each work week performing the tasks outlined in this job description.
