We recently got a Ricoma EM-1010 multi-needle embroidery machine and need someone to get us up and running and teach our team how to use it. What you'll do Walk us through machine setup, threading, bobbin winding, and needle and hoop selection Cover hooping techniques for different garments (tees, hats, polos, jackets) Show us best stabilizer and backing choices for different fabrics Cover thread tension, troubleshooting, and fixing common problems like thread breaks and puckering Explain routine cleaning and maintenance Show us how to use the machine's software and how to prepare or import designs Run a few sample projects with us so we can practice hands-on What we're looking for Proven hands-on experience running commercial multi-needle embroidery machines, specifically Ricoma Ability to explain things clearly to beginners and be patient with questions Comfort with embroidery software and digitizing basics Reliable, professional, and able to be on-site at our location Experience with production embroidery for a shop or brand
