Temp to Hire $20-$21 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to operate and monitor injection molding machines while ensuring quality, production efficiency, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will inspect finished parts, complete production documentation, and support a clean and organized manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate injection molding machines to produce parts according to work orders. Inspect, trim, and package molded products to quality standards. Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records. Communicate production status and issues during shift changes. Report quality concerns, defects, or machine problems to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment. Follow all company quality, safety, and production procedures. Perform basic housekeeping and support facility cleanliness initiatives. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods. Preferred Skills Experience with injection molding or plastics manufacturing. Knowledge of production processes and quality inspections. Familiarity with manufacturing tools such as trimming equipment, magnifiers, and measuring devices.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
