$18.50Job Duties:
Set up and configure depositing equipment, adjusting settings and components to meet specific production and recipe requirements. Load the batters and mixtures onto the machinery using the designated equipment (pump, lifters) or manual lifting. Prepare trays and molds according to recipe instructions. This may vary amongst the following tasks: placing liners on molds of various shapes, lining the molds with butter or spraying them with oil, etc. Use scales to precisely weigh and ensure that the correct quantity of mixture is being deposited onto the molds. Arrange the molds filled with batter on baking racks and transport them to the baking department. Complete required traceability and production records accurately. Train new employees to operate machines. Monitor equipment during operation, identify and resolve issues, and address any discrepancies between planned and finished production volume. Follow set production standards in terms of product quality and time to ensure the plan is completed efficiently. Regularly inspect machinery and tools for wear and damage. Assist in any other department needs.Requirements:
Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and maintain a sanitary work environment at all times. Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized. Follow signs for hairnets, handwashing, and other standards. Adhere to the designated uniform color code applicable to the work environment. Use equipment, tools, and materials safely and efficiently. Immediately report injuries or accidents to your supervisor or HR. Adhere to safety policies and procedures; attend relevant Food Safety Trainings. Follow FSMA, HACCP, SQF, and all safety regulations.
