The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Job Duties:
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery used in drinkware manufacturing and customization. Load materials and products into machines according to production specifications. Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain proper operation and product quality. Inspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and overall quality. Monitor equipment throughout the production process and identify potential issues. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments. Follow production orders, work instructions, and quality standards. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and proper equipment operating practices. Report machine malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues to the supervisor. Assist with other production or warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of machine operating experience required. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, printing, drinkware, or a related environment preferred. Comfortable setting up, operating, and making basic adjustments to machinery. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Dependable attendance and ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks. Ability to lift materials and products as required by the position.
Preferred Experience:
Experience operating production equipment used for drinkware, tumblers, cups, bottles, printing, decorating, labeling, engraving, or product customization is a plus.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
