Openings:

2 Rite Staff is seeking two experienced Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Perris, California. This position requires hands-on machine-operation experience beyond basic loading, unloading, or push-button operation.

Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Perform machine changeovers Adjust machine settings and operating parameters Monitor equipment performance during production Troubleshoot problems using the machine display and mechanical components Use hand tools to make basic adjustments Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all workplace safety requirements Maintain an organized and safe work area Report equipment or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating production or manufacturing machinery Experience performing changeovers and adjusting machine settings Ability to troubleshoot machine issues Working knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures Comfortable using common hand tools Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed instructions Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Available to train on first shift for several weeks before transitioning to second shift Candidates whose experience is limited to push-button operation, pedal-operated equipment, conveyor work, or loading and unloading parts may not meet the requirements for this position.
