PM Compensation Starting Pay:

$21.00 per hour Full-Time Position Temp-to-Hire In-Person Work Environment What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring our production lines operate efficiently and safely while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor a machine that inserts products or packaging. Load materials into the machine and ensure proper placement. Inspect finished products for defects, including torn, damaged, burnt, or improperly sealed packaging. Verify that products meet quality standards and production requirements. Identify machine malfunctions or production issues and notify the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality. What We're Looking For Previous machine operator experience required Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic to intermediate computer skills Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively English fluency required Ability to lift 25-50 pounds as needed Willingness to wear required PPE, including hair nets, safety glasses, and other safety equipment Work Environment Manufacturing and production facility Exposure to production machinery and moving equipment Moderate to high noise levels Safety-focused workplace Required use of PPE, including safety shoes, gloves, hearing protection, and safety glasses
