We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learns new equipment quickly, and takes pride in producing quality work. Experience with cannabis manufacturing equipment is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities Operate and monitor cannabis manufacturing equipment Learn multiple production machines and processes Set up, clean, and maintain equipment between production runs Perform basic troubleshooting and notify management of mechanical issues Maintain quality standards and production efficiency Follow all company safety and compliance procedures Meet daily production goals and deadlines Requirements Mechanically inclined with experience operating equipment, tools, or machinery Quick learner with strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working around cannabis flower and manufacturing processes, which may involve airborne plant material and strong odors Preferred Manufacturing or production experience Cannabis industry experience Experience operating production or packaging equipment
