In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and precision measurement will be essential to maintaining our production standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technology in a dynamic environment committed to excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Operate CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, milling machines, and other industrial equipment with precision and adherence to safety standards. Set up and calibrate machinery such as Fanuc-controlled machines, stamping presses, press brake machines, and flexo presses for production runs. Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, shop math skills, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to verify dimensional accuracy. Troubleshoot mechanical issues on equipment including CNC machines, CAM programming errors, tooling problems, or mechanical failures. Handle materials and components safely using forklifts or other materials handling tools while following safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of machine operation, quality control checks, and production logs to ensure traceability and compliance with quality standards. Experience Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or CNC programming is highly preferred. Familiarity with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CAM programming, and blueprint reading is essential. Hands-on experience with fabrication processes including stamping presses, press brake machines, tooling setup, and assembly line work is advantageous. Knowledge of industrial safety standards in manufacturing environments along with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently. Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience demonstrating proficiency in shop math, quality control procedures, and the use of precision measuring instruments like micrometers or calipers. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
