We want you to teach that to our crew. Enjoy training would like to pass on your knowledge and experience? Want to build out a converting line from the ground up? Perhaps Retired? Senior operator, technician or setup person Come in on a flexible schedule to train our operators, fix recurring problems, and help us standardize how we set up and run. Responsibilities Train operators on pouch machine setup, changeovers, and running to spec Train on film slitting: knife setup, tension, and roll quality Diagnose and fix recurring issues such as seal strength, registration, zipper/spout placement, wrinkles, and telescoping Help write simple setup sheets and checklists so the knowledge stays after you leave Recommend adjustments, wear parts, and maintenance priorities Qualifications 5+ years of direct experience working with pouch-making machines in a converter environment. Real slitter / rewinder experience on laminated films. Knows how to do a full changeover including zippered stand up pouches, 3-side seal pouches. Ability to explain and transfer your knowledge. Supervisor or training experience is a big plus. Schedule Flexible schedule, work around your schedule in the hours between 7 am and 4 pm Monday through Friday.
