not applicable About the Role The Reusable Packaging Ambassador supports an initiative to reduce packaging waste in food delivery through a local pilot program. Responsibilities include recruiting merchant participants, supporting onboarding, assisting with marketing operations, monitoring return locations, engaging the community, and raising awareness about reusable packaging solutions. Key Responsibilities Recruit restaurant partners to participate in the reusable packaging pilot program Present and enroll restaurants in the pilot, providing onboarding, product demonstrations, and training on order portals Support restaurants in promoting reusable packaging through app listings and on-site marketing materials Raise awareness in the community by distributing educational materials and participating in events (farmers markets, beach cleanups, etc.) Monitor and support operational aspects of the pilot, including return points and feedback collection Qualifications Located within driving distance of Half Moon Bay 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing Experience with pilot programs and/or community engagement campaigns Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, comfort interacting with business owners and consumers Valid driver's license required
