•We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator Helper to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of various industrial machinery, ensuring smooth production processes and adherence to safety standards. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute to efficient manufacturing operations, supporting high-quality output and continuous improvement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills in machining and fabrication within a dynamic factory environment. Duties Assist with the setup and calibration of machinery such as CNC machines, press brakes and other industrial equipment Support machine operators in loading materials, handling tooling, and ensuring proper machine operation Perform basic measurements using calipers and other precision instruments to verify dimensional accuracy Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to facilitate accurate fabrication and assembly Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to safety standards in production and handling materials responsibly Support quality control measures by inspecting parts for defects using shop math, and precision measurement toolsRequirements Basic understanding of machine operation Ability to read mechanical blueprints and interpret manufacturing specifications accurately Familiarity with shop math, factory safety standards, and the use of hand tools for assembly or fabrication tasks Mechanical knowledge combined with a willingness to learn new skills in machining or manufacturing processes Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentJoin us to be part of a vibrant manufacturing team where your contributions directly impact our production excellence.
