Post-secondary vocational training or education in industrial trades is a plus Experience Requirements 1-3 years of machine operator experience in a machining or high-tech manufacturing environment preferred
Experience reading blueprints and following manufacturing specifications
Basic computer skills in a Windows-based environment
Experience with process improvement and safety practices preferred Job Duties Follow documented production procedures to complete daily work assignments
Work closely with the engineering team on new manufacturing processes
Load fixtures and make machine or process adjustments as needed
Inspect parts using microscopes to identify quality issues
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure products meet specifications
Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
Set up jobs and production runs as assigned
Maintain a safe work environment by following company procedures and regulations
Participate in training and continuous learning opportunities Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
Ability to use microscopes and inspect small components with attention to detail
