•$25.00hr Summary The Machine Operator

•Denn & Muller is responsible for operating and performing intermediate machine setups on a variety of manual and automated manufacturing equipment. This role supports multiple production processes, ensures quality standards are met, and contributes to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, setup requirements, and sequence of operations. Perform pre-operational machine inspections. Complete basic machine setups with minimal supervision. Conduct trial runs to verify machine settings and product accuracy. Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials. Operate manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to: Automated welding equipment Shear and brake presses Manual and automated saws Swaging machines Polishing equipment Draw Bench and Roto Draw machines Vacuum furnaces HON machines Straightening, flattening, and Roll-Flow machines Heat treat equipment Assemble components according to blueprints and work instructions. Trim tubing and materials to final specifications. Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to quality standards. Package, label, and stage completed products for inspection or shipment. Accurately record labor and production time using company systems. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Perform other duties as assigned. Education High School Diploma or GED required. Equivalent education or experience may be considered.

$22.00
