Our practice integrates cutting-edge brain imaging with individualized TMS treatment to care for patients with depression, OCD, PTSD, traumatic brain injury, cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease, and other neurological conditions.
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated TMS Technician & Care Coordinator to join our growing clinical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term career in advanced neuroscience, neuroimaging, and patient care—not simply a stepping stone to graduate school. Ideal CandidateStrong preference will be given to candidates with: 3-5 years of experience as a TMS Technician Experience working in a psychiatry, neurology, or neuroscience practice Background in neuroimaging, MRI, or brain mapping Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in clinical neuroscience This position is not intended for current undergraduate or graduate students, or individuals planning to begin graduate, medical, PA, nursing, or other professional programs within the next several years. We invest extensively in training and are looking for professionals seeking long-term growth and leadership opportunities within our organization. Primary Responsibilities Administer physician-directed TMS treatments using advanced neuronavigated protocols Monitor patient safety, comfort, and treatment response throughout therapy Perform treatment setup, motor threshold procedures, and daily quality checks Coordinate patient scheduling, treatment courses, and physician follow-up appointments Serve as a primary point of contact for patient communication and ongoing support Assist with insurance authorizations, documentation, and medical record collection Maintain accurate EMR documentation and treatment records Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through completion of treatment Imaging Center Responsibilities As part of our integrated practice, team members also assist our Medical Imaging Center by: Supporting front office operations and patient flow Coordinating scheduling for advanced MRI and diagnostic imaging Communicating with referring providers and patients Maintaining a professional, patient-centered experience across both organizations QualificationsPreferred 3-5 years of experience as a TMS Technician Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience with neuronavigation systems Psychology, Neuroscience, Neurobiology, or related bachelor's degree Experience in psychiatry, neurology, neuroimaging, or behavioral health Strong understanding of patient-centered clinical care Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems Additional Qualifications Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, compassionate bedside manner Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Why Join Our Team?
