Job Description

Job Responsibilities Set up and operate a variety of manufacturing equipment Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments Inspect finished parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards Make adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain production and quality Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-production manufacturing environment Perform other general manufacturing duties as needed Equipment Experience Experience with any of the following equipment is a plus: CNC machines, laser equipment, press brakes, lathes, drill presses, bandsaws, forklifts, ironworkers, grinders, or other industrial manufacturing equipment. No experience with all of the equipment is required. We are willing to train someone who has a strong work ethic, is mechanically inclined, and is motivated to learn. Qualifications Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required Ability to read and understand shop drawings or technical instructions Comfortable using basic measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable and punctual Safety-conscious and able to follow workplace procedures Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a manufacturing environment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Willingness to learn new equipment and processes #
INDFRES Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
