Lundbeck US is actively seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager who will be instrumental in introducing pharmaceutical innovations to healthcare providers and enhancing patient care in the realm of brain diseases. Based in Deerfield, IL, and primarily focusing on neuropsychiatric disorders, the ideal candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and psychiatry to foster relationships and build advocacy among healthcare professionals, aiming for the optimal utilization of our treatments in compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers in designated territory. Promote Lundbeck's products through effective communication of clinical information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals. Achieve sales targets through strategic execution of business plans. Maintain detailed knowledge of product, patient market, and key competitors. Ensure adherence to compliance with applicable legal requirements. Coordinate with various internal teams to develop and deliver tailored customer solutions. Required Skills Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes and healthcare systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Strong understanding of CNS disorders and psychiatric treatments preferred.
