Job Description

No experience necessary — we'll train you from the ground up! We're looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our team and learn embroidery and DTF (direct-to-film) printing for custom apparel. This is a hands-on, paid training opportunity — no prior experience required, just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Schedule:
Part-time to start: Mondays & Wednesdays, 9 AM-5 PM Hours will increase as you train and take on more responsibility
What You'll Learn:
Operating embroidery machines DTF printing process, from file prep to press Quality control and finishing techniques General production workflow for custom apparel orders
What We're Looking For:
Highly motivated and dependable Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills — comfortable opening embroidery/artwork files and transferring them via USB drive to production machines Comfortable learning new equipment and processes Punctual and able to commit to the set schedule No embroidery/printing experience needed — just a strong work ethic and basic tech comfort
