6 months of experience Familiar with vitamin manuacturing Able to lift 30 lbs. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment Steel-toe shoes Detail counts — quality is everything Strong enough for lifting and long shifts Reliable teammate who puts safety first

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor encapsulation machines (e.g., capsule fillers) Accurately weigh and load raw materials (vitamin blends, powders, excipients) Ensure capsules meet specifications for weight, size, and fill consistency Perform in-process checks and record production data Adjust machine settings to maintain optimal performance and minimize waste Clean and sanitize equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Follow all GMP, safety, and hygiene regulations Identify and report equipment malfunctions or product quality issues Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams Complete batch records and documentation accurately
