This is a temp-to-hire position paying $17/hr. In this role, you will set up and operate pipe manufacturing machinery — selecting and installing tools, dies, and fixtures — and load steel coils into equipment to keep production running. This schedule runs Monday through Saturday with consistent hours.

Required if needed. Responsibilities Set up pipe manufacturing machinery by selecting and installing the correct tools, dies, and fixtures according to production specifications. Load steel coils and other raw materials into machinery and manage material flow through the production process. Move finished pipes using appropriate lifting equipment and assist with material handling tasks throughout the facility. Inspect machinery and materials for defects or irregularities and report issues to a supervisor. Keep work area clean and organized and follow all PPE and safety requirements at all times. Minimum Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in general labor, machine operation, or a production/manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating machinery in a metal fabrication, pipe, or steel manufacturing environment. Familiarity with reading production specifications or work orders. Experience handling heavy raw materials such as steel coils or spools. Background in welding, metal forming, or tube/pipe processing. Ability to use basic hand tools and mechanical fixtures to set up production equipment.
