Job Description

We are currently hiring Manufacturing Operators for a production facility in Temecula, CA. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, inspection, or medical device manufacturing . The Operator I will perform hands-on manufacturing and production activities while following detailed work instructions, quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies. Available Shifts 1st Shift 5:00 AM
  • 1:30 PM OR 6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM 2nd Shift 2:00 PM
  • 10:30 PM OR 2:30 PM
  • 11:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities Perform manufacturing and production operations according to established procedures. Assemble, handle, manipulate, and inspect components and products. Work with microscopes for detailed manufacturing and inspection activities. Use hand tools to manipulate and handle components. Follow written work instructions, policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Read, write, and interpret work-related information. Perform basic mathematical calculations. Maintain quality and accuracy while meeting production requirements. Participate in required training. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Perform physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and stooping. Lift and carry items weighing less than 50 pounds. Requirements Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or production experience required. Assembly, production, inspection, or hands-on manufacturing experience preferred. Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus. Comfortable working with microscopes. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Comfortable participating in instructor-led training. Must be able to pass an eye exam and color vision test. Ability to work up to 10 hours per day when required. Ability to lift/carry items under 50 pounds. Strong attendance and a stable work history are required. Important This is a manufacturing/production position , not a warehouse position. Candidates should have previous manufacturing or production experience. Warehouse, forklift, material handler, Amazon, or shipping/receiving experience alone does not meet the requirements. Candidates with multiple short-term jobs or frequent short tenures may not be considered. Please be prepared to disclose any upcoming vacations or planned time off during the hiring process.
