Job Summary We are currently seeking an Operator I to join our manufacturing team in Temecula, CA . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment. The Operator I will be responsible for performing routine manufacturing and production activities, working with labels, and carefully verifying data for accuracy. The ideal candidate will be able to follow detailed procedures and work instructions while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety. Previous manufacturing experience is required. Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities Perform routine manufacturing and production-related tasks. Work with labels and verify that information and data are accurate and correct. Follow established manufacturing policies, procedures, and work instructions. Read and interpret written instructions and work-related documentation. Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Use hand tools to manipulate, handle, or inspect materials and components. Use basic computer and desktop applications as required. Follow quality and manufacturing procedures consistently. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Work effectively with team members to meet production goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs. Required Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience . Ability to read, write, and understand basic work-related information. Basic math skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions, policies, and procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to use hand tools as needed. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. Preferred Qualifications Medical device manufacturing experience. Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment. Experience with quality procedures and documentation. Previous experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or production environment. Physical Requirements The position requires the ability to: Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, including up to 10 hours per day. Occasionally crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, or pull. Successfully complete an eye examination and color vision test. Demonstrate adequate close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
