Key Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining even and consistent product flow from table operations area to flume. Responsible for draining and filling tables. Performs and records brix checks on syrup soaks. Responsible for installing/removing forks/plows and opening/closing table doors. Ensures product meets all product specifications. Responsible for ensuring safe working conditions and safe work practices in assigned area, including written procedures for safe handling and use of chemical compounds.
