Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Thermoforming Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating thermoforming machinery to produce high-quality plastic components efficiently and safely. Your expertise will help ensure that production runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and safety protocols are strictly followed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to innovative plastics production processes. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor thermoforming machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications. Perform routine quality inspections using precision measurement instruments and dimensional measurements to ensure product conformity. Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues related to thermoforming processes, including material handling and machine operation. Conduct maintenance on equipment such as press brake machines, CNC lathes, robotic systems, and other industrial machinery. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of hand tools, safety gear, and adherence to manufacturing safety standards. Maintain accurate production records, quality documentation, and shift reports for traceability and process improvement. Assist with materials handling tasks using forklifts and warehouse experience to ensure smooth supply chain flow. Qualifications Proven experience in plastics production, including plastics blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, or thermoforming. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment such as CNC machines, robotic systems. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and basic engineering troubleshooting techniques. Ability to perform precision measurement in machining and quality control using measurement instruments. Experience with safety protocol adherence in a manufacturing environment. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments. Hands-on experience with hand tools, materials handling equipment like forklifts, and warehouse operations is preferred. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
