Job Details Cart Pullers are responsible for keeping the machines from running out of materials. Cart Pullers must take carts with blanks and place them next to the machine that is running the specific blank. Cart Puller is responsible for keeping the drop zone area clean. Cart Pullers supply silicone, and mineral oil to the machine on a daily basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES
a. Document all required materials on white material communication board. b. Ensure carts have slips with a 9 digit number along with an IBM number. c. Transport carts from drop zone to machines. d. Follow standards of accepted blank patterns. e. Remove empty/rejected carts and transport back to drop zone for pick up. f. Knowledge of blanker and production schedules. g. Conduct cart counts and cycle counts on production floor and machines. h. Take silicone and mineral oil to machines as necessary. i. Bottom stock Inventory of bottom stock at cup machines Filling bottom stock racks Responsible for coordinating PLA and PE changeovers Ensure all bottom stocks are labeled Remove rejected rolls and return to drop zone for pick up. Contact forklift driver about low inventory
Safe Quality Food Responsibilities:
Comply with all safety standards. Remain focused on safety throughout the shift and perform all work in a safe manner without taking shortcuts. Report injuries immediately to your supervisor and any potential safety hazards observed. Comply with all quality standards. Produce quality product by not accepting defective material into work center, not making defective products at work station, not passing defects to internal customers and by reporting potential quality issues. Comply with all sanitation standards. Practice good sanitation and housekeeping practicing to maintain the appearance and condition of the operating facility.
Pay Range:
